Website and Online Sale Terms

Effective: 1 August 2026. These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer right.

1. Merchant and scope

TECHTUKE is the trading brand of CYBER EWORK IT SOLUTION, Arabic registered name سايبر إيورك لحلول تقنية المعلومات, Commercial Registration 100470-2, an active Bahraini individual establishment (Sijilli) authorised for internet retail and the operation of e-marketplaces/web portals. These terms govern use of techtuke.com, customer accounts, quotations and online purchases in Bahrain.

2. Website use and accounts

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information. Customers are responsible for protecting account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access. The website may not be used to infringe third-party rights, upload malicious code, interfere with service, or request unlawful products or services.

3. Product information, availability and price

TECHTUKE takes reasonable care to describe products accurately. Images, screens and colours may vary. Compatibility, dimensions, materials and warranty information stated on a product page form part of that product description. Customers should ask before ordering if a specification is critical.

Prices are shown in Bahraini dinars (BHD) to three decimal places. Tax is not currently added at checkout. Stock and availability can change before acceptance. Obvious pricing, description or stock errors may be corrected before acceptance; the customer will be informed and may confirm the corrected order or receive reversal/refund of any amount already captured.

4. Order submission and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Automated receipt or payment-authorisation messages acknowledge submission but do not by themselves mean acceptance. Acceptance occurs when TECHTUKE expressly confirms the order for fulfilment or dispatches/makes it ready for pickup. TECHTUKE may decline an order before acceptance for genuine stock, pricing, payment, fraud-screening, legal or delivery reasons and will reverse/refund any captured amount.

Electronic offers, acceptances and records may have legal effect under Bahrain law. Customers must review the order and address before submission.

5. Payment

Enabled methods are BENEFIT and cards processed through MPGS. Payment is subject to provider authorisation and any reasonable fraud review. TECHTUKE does not promise that every authorisation will succeed. Failed or reversed authorisation does not create an accepted order. No payment surcharge is imposed merely for card use.

6. Delivery and Store Pickup

The Shipping, Delivery and Store Pickup Policy applies. Delivery or pickup estimates are estimates until confirmed for the order. Customers must provide a complete Bahrain address and a reachable contact number. Risk in goods passes on delivery to the customer or an authorised recipient; title passes once full payment is received, subject to mandatory law.

Large, heavy, unusual or remote-area deliveries may require a manual quotation before acceptance. Failed delivery caused by materially incorrect customer information may require a new delivery arrangement at the disclosed actual cost, but statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Cancellation

A customer may request cancellation before acceptance or dispatch by contacting support. TECHTUKE will confirm whether cancellation remains operationally possible and will not invent or impose an undisclosed fee. Once goods are dispatched, the Refund, Return and Exchange Policy applies. Custom work follows the separate 3D Printing Service Terms and the accepted written quotation.

8. Returns, defects and refunds

The Refund, Return and Exchange Policy applies. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Bahrain Law No. 35 of 2012 on Consumer Protection. If goods are defective, unsafe or do not conform to the agreed specification, TECHTUKE will provide the remedy required by applicable law. Any voluntary change-of-mind period requires an owner decision and is not represented as currently offered.

9. Warranty

Product-specific manufacturer or TECHTUKE warranty terms apply only where displayed or supplied for that product. No general warranty duration is invented by these terms. Warranty exclusions may cover misuse, unauthorised modification, accidental damage, incompatible consumables, abnormal operating conditions and ordinary wear only to the extent lawful and factually applicable. Statutory defect rights are not reduced.

10. Custom services

Custom 3D printing, CAD, file review and manufacturing enquiries are governed by the 3D Printing, CAD and File Enquiry Terms and the accepted quotation. Submitting an enquiry does not create an order, payment, courier booking or confirmed appointment.

11. Liability and force majeure

TECHTUKE does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies. Subject to that rule, each party is responsible for direct loss reasonably caused by its breach. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, but TECHTUKE will notify affected customers where practicable and provide any remedy required by law. Nothing here creates a blanket exclusion for negligence, defective goods or statutory obligations.

12. Intellectual property and website content

Website content belongs to TECHTUKE or its licensors. Personal, non-commercial browsing is permitted. Reproduction, sale, scraping or reuse beyond what the law permits requires written permission. Product names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Complaints

Contact support@techtuke.com with the order number, issue and requested outcome. TECHTUKE will acknowledge and investigate as soon as reasonably practicable; no unsupported fixed service target is stated. If unresolved, consumers may contact the Bahrain Ministry of Industry and Commerce Consumer Protection Directorate through the official channels at moic.gov.bh or the national portal.

14. Customs or carrier refusal

If a shipment is refused by Customs Affairs, another competent authority, or the carrier for reasons not caused by TECHTUKE, any refund is assessed only after return to and acceptance by the supplier. Non-refundable shipping charges and other actual and documented return, customs, storage, clearance, inspection, handling, or carrier costs may be deducted. 15. Governing law and language

Bahrain law applies and Bahrain courts have jurisdiction, without restricting any mandatory consumer forum or remedy. English and Arabic versions are intended to be substantively equivalent.

16. Changes

Material changes will be published with an updated date. Changes do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an accepted order.
