Became a Vendor
You must first register as a merchant on the site and then follow the following steps to activate your store on the site:
* The seller must be licensed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
* In the event that the commercial registration expires, the seller will be banned from our website.
* There are no administrative fees and no specific number of products advertised by the seller.
* There is a fee for advertising on the home page. Please confirm the advertisement request and pay the agreed amount at least five days in advance.
* Products will be reviewed before they are displayed on the website.
* The merchant is responsible for sending the commercial registration certificate (in the case of a new seller on the site) or renewed to the e-mail every time: techtukecrc@gmail.com.
*Confirm the bank account number of the seller or the owner of the store himself by sending an official paper from the bank and notifying us in the event of changing the account number or the bank itself to the e-mail: techtukecrc@gmail.com.
* The seller is responsible for delivering his products by himself or with a delivery company to the consumer.
* The seller must send the order number to confirm and if there is any problem, please send on WhatsApp to the number 0097332133137.
* Delivery will be free if the purchase price is more than 30 Bahraini dinars, and if it is less than 30 Bahraini dinars, a delivery amount will be charged, which is determined by the seller within the geographical borders of the Kingdom of Bahrain. (Optional for merchant)
* The customer, in the event that the order was made outside the geographical borders of the Kingdom of Bahrain, must communicate with the seller, as well as the seller applies to our confirmation of the order via WhatsApp.
* The customer can cancel or modify the order when the order status is in processing only.
* The seller is responsible for working out the return policy in full in terms of the amount, and the website is not responsible for that and to do what is indicated in the Consumer Protection Law.
* A maximum interest rate of 16.5% of the product price will be charged for each product sold.
* Funds will be sent to the seller’s bank accounts from the first day and up to the fifth day of every month.
* In the case of displaying a used product, please write (used) in the product title.
* In the event of any violations on the commercial register of the seller, you must inform us as soon as possible.
* An electronic copy of the terms and conditions will be sent to the e-mail. In the event of approval, please reply to the same message with approval.
* In the event of changing or modifying the terms and conditions of the website, an electronic copy will be sent to the e-mail.
