This policy preserves mandatory Bahrain consumer rights.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Report a problem<\/h2>\n<p>Contact <code>support@techtuke.com<\/code> with the order number, product, issue, photographs where useful, and the remedy requested. Do not dispose of a potentially unsafe product until support advises what to do. TECHTUKE may reasonably inspect or test the item before confirming the remedy.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Defective, unsafe or non-conforming goods<\/h2>\n<p>Where goods are defective, unsafe or do not conform to the agreed characteristics, TECHTUKE will provide the remedy required by Bahrain Law No. 35 of 2012, including replacement or refund where the statutory conditions apply, without an unlawful additional charge. A safety defect will be addressed promptly, including warning affected customers where required.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry\u2019s published consumer guidance describes return\/exchange\/refund within 15 days from receipt for a defect, malfunction or non-conformity under article 14 of the Executive Regulations. This does not authorise a blanket \u201cno returns\u201d term and does not limit any longer mandatory remedy that may apply.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Change of mind<\/h2>\n<p>No voluntary change-of-mind period has been approved by the owner, so this policy does not invent one. TECHTUKE may agree a goodwill return in writing case by case, but doing so once does not create a permanent entitlement.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Exchanges<\/h2>\n<p>For a statutory defect or non-conformity, an exchange\/replacement is available where required by law and reasonably possible. If the exact item is unavailable, TECHTUKE will discuss another lawful remedy, including refund where applicable. Voluntary size\/colour\/model exchanges are not promised unless expressly agreed in writing.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Refund method and timing<\/h2>\n<p>Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route where practicable. Processing time can depend on BENEFIT, MPGS, the issuing institution and banking cycles; TECHTUKE will not promise an unsupported fixed banking time. TECHTUKE will confirm when it has instructed the refund and provide a reference where available.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Return handling<\/h2>\n<p>Support will provide the return or inspection instructions. Do not send an item without an issued instruction. Where the law makes TECHTUKE responsible for a defect or non-conformity, the customer will not be required to bear an unlawful return or remedy cost. A customer remains responsible for reasonable care of the item while it is held for return.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Products and services requiring individual assessment<\/h2>\n<p>Consumables, opened hygiene-sensitive products, software\/licence items, custom goods and made-to-order\/3D-printed items may require a fact-specific assessment. No category exclusion overrides a statutory remedy for defect, unsafe goods or non-conformity. Custom services also follow the accepted quotation and the 3D Printing Service Terms.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Warranty claims<\/h2>\n<p>Product-specific warranty terms apply where published or supplied. If no duration is displayed, contact support; this policy does not invent one. Warranty administration is separate from and does not replace statutory consumer rights.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Cancellation before dispatch<\/h2>\n<p>Customers may request cancellation before acceptance or dispatch. TECHTUKE will confirm whether the request can still be completed operationally. No cancellation or restocking fee is charged unless it was lawfully and clearly agreed in advance; none is approved as a general fee.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Customs or carrier refusal<\/h2>\n<p>If a shipment is refused by Customs Affairs, another competent authority, or the carrier for reasons not caused by TECHTUKE, any refund will be assessed only after the shipment is returned to and accepted by the supplier. Non-refundable shipping charges and other actual, documented return, customs, storage, clearance, inspection, handling, or carrier costs may be deducted. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
